How do I get a Friend Code in Tetris DS?
In order to get a Friend Code, you must first connect to the Nintendo WFC service at least once with your Tetris DS game.

Once you have connected at least once, you can access your Friend Code as follows:

  1. From the main screen, select "Wi-Fi."
  2. Select "Friend Settings."
  3. Choose "Confirm Friend Code" to view your own 10-digit Friend Code for that game.

How do I add a Friend Code to the Friends Roster in Tetris DS?
In order to get a Friend Code, your friend must first connect to the Nintendo WFC service at least once with their Tetris DS game.

Once your friend has given you their Friend Code, enter it by:

  1. From the main screen, select "Wi-Fi."
  2. Select "Friend Settings."
  3. Choose "Register Friend Code" and input their 10-digit Friend Code.

How do I play against a friend online?
To play against friends, you must first exchange Friend Codes. Please see the information in the section above for help on how to do this.

Once you have Friends Codes entered, select "Wi-Fi," from the main menu, and then "Next" to connect to Nintendo WFC, and then "Yes" to confirm.

  • If you wish to "host" the game, select "Invite Friends." Choose the available friends you wish to play against, and change any available options. Once the game is created, those waiting in "Join A Friend" will see your created game appear.

  • To join a created game, select the "Join A Friend." screen. The DS will search for other players from your Friend Roster who have hosted a game. Once all players have joined, the battle will begin.

Friends play is used when you wish to play against those players you have added to you Friends Roster. By selecting the Friend mode when playing online, other "non-friend" players are not able to join that person in online play.

In order to get a Friend Code, you must first connect to the Nintendo WFC service at least once with your Mario Kart DS game.

Once you have connected at least once, you can access your Friend Code as follows:

  1. From the main screen, select "Nintendo WFC,"
  2. Select "Friend Code."
  3. Choose "Confirm Friend Code" to view your own 10-digit Friend Code for that game. (The code will be displayed on the upper screen.)
